释义	我国法律没有明确禁止比特币，但它的交易不是完全合法。比特币不是我国法定货币而是一种虚拟货币，不能和人民币一样交易使用。我国范围内有比特币存在，单纯持有比特币是不违法的，只是我国已经限制了比特币的交易，一般只能在个体之间交易转让，不允许公开向公众发售，因为它存在比较大的投资管理风险。法律依据：《中华人民共和国人民币管理条例》第三条中华人民共和国的法定货币是人民币。以人民币支付中华人民共和国境内的一切公共的和私人的债务，任何单位和个人不得拒收。
