释义	公司被执行人被限制消费后，如果你是确因经营管理需要发生的变更，你申请解除对其本人的限制消费措施的，需要应举证证明其并非公司的实际控制人、影响债务履行的直接责任人员。人民法院经审查属实的，应予准许，并对变更后的法定代表人、主要负责人依法采取限制消费措施。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于限制被执行人高消费的若干规定》第五条人民法院决定限制高消费的，应当向被执行人发出限制高消费令。限制高消费令由人民法院院长签发。限制高消费令应当载明限制高消费的期间、项目、法律后果等内容。
