释义	未经消费者同意，快递员擅自代收快递，消费者可投诉，投诉后，代收的快递员同样会受到相应处罚。如货物损毁或丢失，代收并不影响消费者向快递公司索赔。对于快递中保价的物件有丢失、损坏或物件内件缺少的，要按照实际的损失进行赔偿，但最高赔偿金额不能超过所收取资费的三倍。
