释义	法律分析：猥亵既可以发生在男女之间，也可以发也于同性之间，无论猥亵对象是妇女、儿童还是男性，都构成本条规定的犯罪。猥亵他人，是指对他人的抠摸、舌舔、吸吮、亲吻、搂抱、手淫等行为，不包括性交行为。但是对男性的猥亵是可以包括奸淫行为的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百三十七条以暴力、胁迫或者其他方法强制猥亵妇女或者侮辱妇女的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
