两参优待证全国统一发放时间
释义
为2018年12月29日。退役军人在本省行政区域内游览政府投资兴办的公园、风景名胜区、旅游风景区、博物馆、纪念馆、开放的文物保护单位等场所，凭《优待证》免门票费。退役军人凭《优待证》优先办理民政服务事项。入住公办养老机构的，同等条件应当优先收养或入住。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国退伍军人保障法》第十五条：安置地人民政府退役军人工作主管部门在接收退役军人时，向退役军人发放退役军人优待证。退役军人优待证全国统一制发、统一编号，管理使用办法由国务院退役军人工作主管部门会同有关部门制定。
