法律分析：辞职到期公司不让走的，劳动者可以收集公司不给办理离职手续的证据，并留好自己提前书面通知单位辞职的材料；
然后自行离职即可，如果单位因此不给发工资或者有其他侵权行为的，劳动者可以带着上述证据申请劳动仲裁来维权。
劳动者按照法律规定提前通知单位辞职的，并不需要经过单位同意。
法律依据：《劳动合同法》第三十七条，劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
