改名字还需要征信报告嘛？

不需要。改名字征信是不会有变化的,虽然用户更改了名字,但是身份证是唯一的且无法更改,征信报告的信用记录不会随着用户名字的改变而消失。此外想要查询个人征信报告,需要登录央行征信中心官网,暂时没有其它网络途径可以查询到征信。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》 第十八条 公民变更姓名，依照下列规定办理：
1、未满十八周岁的人需要变更姓名的时候，由本人或者父母、收养人向户口登记机关申请变更登记2、十八周岁以上的人需要变更姓名的时候，由本人向户口登记机关申请变更登记。
