释义	法律分析：一方被宣告失踪，婚姻关系不自动解除。根据《中华人民共和国民法典》的规定，一方被宣告失踪后，仍然需要另一方提起离婚诉讼。只有在当事人被宣告死亡后，双方的婚姻关系才因为对方被宣告死亡而自行解除，宣告失踪没有婚姻自行解除的效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五十一条被宣告死亡的人的婚姻关系，自死亡宣告之日起消除。死亡宣告被撤销的，婚姻关系自撤销死亡宣告之日起自行恢复。但是，其配偶再婚或者向婚姻登记机关书面声明不愿意恢复的除外。
