法律分析：
现金支票提交到银行当时就可以给现金。转帐支票需要1-2个工作日到帐。不论哪种支票只能在正常工作日提交，周六日等法定节假日不办理。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国票据法》 第八十四条 支票可以支取现金，也可以转帐，支票图片用于转帐时，应当在支票正面注明。支票中专门用于支取现金的，可以另行制作现金支票，现金支票只能用于支取现金。支票中专门用于转帐的，可以另行制作转帐支票，转帐支票只能用于转帐，不得支取现金。
