决议需要去表决嘛
释义
决议必须经会议表决通过,才能正式行文。决定则可由领导机关在法定权限内直接作出,不一定经过会议表决程序。
法律依据：《企业民主管理规定》 第二十条 职工代表大会选举和表决相关事项，必须按照少数服从多数的原则，经全体职工代表的过半数通过。对重要事项的表决，应当采用无记名投票的方式分项表决。
