释义	刑事诉讼法规定：证据必须经过查证属实，才能作为定案的根据。亲属的证言与其他证据相吻合，就相信亲属的。其他人的证言与其他证据相吻合就相信其他人的。只有证言，没有其他证据支持的，不论证人是不是犯罪嫌疑人的亲属，都没有证据效力。证言必须与案件有相关性。比如某男子因抢劫罪被起诉。被告人的母亲说：“这孩子从小听话，不打架、不骂人。抢劫的人不可能是他。”这种话就没有证据效力。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第四十八条凡是知道案件情况的人，都有作证的义务。
