孩子可以拒绝探视吗 ?

法律分析:
小孩也可以拒绝父母的探视，但必须要根据实际情况进行分析。目前我国法律上对这种情况没有什么明确的规定，可以说在法律上完全就是空白的，发生这种情况之后还是要借鉴台湾地区 民事诉讼法 的情况区别进行对待的。一般对于已经年满七周岁以上的孩子，探视问题要尊重孩子自己的意见。
【法律依据】:
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第十八条 成年人为完全民事行为能力人，可以独立实施民事法律行为。
十六周岁以上的未成年人，以自己的劳动收入为主要生活来源的，视为完全民事行为能力人。
