释义	法律主观：个人倒卖药品属于违法行为，扰乱市场秩序、情节严重的可能构成犯罪。对个人倒卖药品的违法行为，依法予以取缔，没收违法生产、销售的药品和违法所得。并处违法生产、销售的药品(包括已售出的和未售出的药品)十五倍以上三十倍以下的罚款；货值金额不足十万元的，按十万元计算；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
