合同日期可以修改吗 -法律知识

法律分析：
依据我国相关法律的规定，合同没有到生效日期的，双方当事人是可以协商修改合同的，如果达成协议的，就能修改合同。法律明确规定，当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。法律、行政法规规定变更合同应当办理批准、登记等手续的，依照其规定。
