疫情期间看守所不收人怎么办

法律分析：疫情期间避免看守所在押人员互相传染，所以暂时不羁押。一旦疫情过去了，根据案件具体情况，还有可能被羁押。公安机关对被拘留的人，认为需要逮捕的，应当在拘留后的三日以内，提请人民检察院审查批准。
法律依据：《看守所条例》 第十条 看守所收押人犯,应当进行健康检查,有下列情形之一的,不予收押：
（一）患有精神病或者急性传染病的；
（二）患有其他严重疾病,在羁押中可能发生生命危险或者生活不能自理的,但是罪大恶极不羁押对社会有危险性的除外；
（三）怀孕或者哺乳自己不满一周岁的婴儿的妇女。
