释义	【法律意见】可以报警，但是能否追回，需要看具体情况才行。【法律依据】根据《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百六十六条规定，诈骗罪是指以非法占有为目的，用虚构事实或者隐瞒真相的方法，骗取数额较大的公私财物的行为。诈骗罪侵犯对象不是骗取其他非法利益。其对象，也应排除金融机构的贷款。因本法已于第一百九十三条特别规定了贷款诈骗罪。
