释义	法律分析：我国法律规定用人单位是可以雇佣未成年工的。所以雇佣16-18岁的未成年工，是合法的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》第三十八条任何组织或者个人不得招用未满十六周岁的未成年人，国家另有规定的除外。任何组织或者个人按照国家有关规定招用已满十六周岁未满十八周岁的未成年人的，应当执行国家在工种、劳动时间、劳动强度和保护措施等方面的规定，不得安排其从事过重、有毒、有害等危害未成年人身心健康的劳动或者危险作业。
