释义	抑郁症也属于精神病的一种，存在下列情况下，精神病不能结婚：第一正处于发病期间的精神病症、躁狂抑郁症或其他重性精神病患者，应禁止结婚。第二是发病期虽然已过，但精神症状尚未彻底缓解或正在治疗中的病人，也不能结婚。《婚姻法》第七条，有下列情形之一的，禁止结婚：(一)直系血亲和三代以内的旁系血亲;(二)患有医学上认为不应当结婚的疾病。
