释义	法律分析：不是的。人死后欠的债由继承遗产的继承人在继承遗产范围内承担。继承人在遗产部分内承担清偿义务，超出债务人遗产的部分，原则上不再由其继承人承担。或者，如果债务是夫妻共同债务，可以找其配偶承担连带清偿责任。法律依据：《民法典》第一千一百六十一条，继承人以所得遗产实际价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负清偿责任。
