释义	法律分析：停业整顿期间是不可以继续营业的，是会受到行政处罚，更甚者会承担刑事责任的。法律依据：《责令价格违法经营者停业整顿的规定》第十一条经营者阻挠、妨碍价格主管部门落实停业整顿处罚决定的，价格主管部门可以提请公安部门给予处罚；涉嫌构成犯罪，依法需要追究刑事责任的，依照《行政执法机关移送涉嫌犯罪案件的规定》向公安机关移送。第十二条价格违法经营者拒绝履行停业整顿处罚决定继续营业的，价格主管部门可以申请人民法院强制执行。停业整顿日期从法院强制执行生效之日起计算。
