问题	写借条时要注意什么问题？
释义	借条应当写明写明借款人、借款日期、借款数额、还款期限并由借款人签字或盖章。合法具体要注意的有： 1.借条的书写人一定要由借款人书写，而不是由贷款人书写; 2.借条尽量简洁明了，不要用模棱两可的语言; 3.尽量附带借款人和贷款人的身份证号码; 4.借款人的签名一定要亲眼所见。法律依据：根据《关于审理民间借贷案件适用法律若干问题的规定》第二条，出借人向人民法院起诉时，应当提供借据、收据、欠条等债权凭证以及其他能够证明借贷法律关系存在的证据。
