释义	法律分析：孩子六岁不可以选择抚养权。因为十八周岁以下的孩子不是完全民事行为能力人，不能独立实施民事法律行为。法律规定一方如果有严重疾病、吸毒、家暴、虐待儿童等不利于孩子身心健康成长的，另一方要求变更孩子抚养权应给予支持。孩子在八周岁以上的，法院才会听取孩子的意见和想法。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十四条不满两周岁的子女，以由母亲直接抚养为原则。已满两周岁的子女，若父母协商不成的，由法院按照最有利于未成年子女成长的原则判决；子女已满八周岁的，应当尊重其真实意愿。
