释义	法律分析：公租房即使是在结婚之后,还是可以居住的。不过,这个情况仅限于没有额外购置房产。如果在结婚筹备过程中,有购置婚房的话,公租房在结婚之后就不能住了。法律依据：《公共租赁住房管理办法》第十八条公共租赁住房租赁期限一般不超过5年。第十九条市、县级人民政府住房保障主管部门应当会同有关部门，按照略低于同地段住房市场租金水平的原则，确定本地区的公共租赁住房租金标准，报本级人民政府批准后实施。公共租赁住房租金标准应当向社会公布，并定期调整。
