释义	法律分析：艾滋病人犯罪，看守所会羁押。但是目前关于艾滋病人如何进行羁押是没有明确规定的，艾滋病人羁押措施日前是与普通嫌疑人一样的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国看守所条例》第十条看守所收押人犯，应当进行健康检查，有下列情形之一的，不予收押： (一)患有精神病或者急性传染病的; (二)患有其他严重疾病，在羁押中可能发生生命危险或者生活不能自理的，但是罪大恶极不羁押对社会有危险性的除外; (三)怀孕或者哺乳自己不满一周岁的婴儿的妇女。
