释义	法律主观：旅行社有下列行为的，可能会被导游投诉举报、申请仲裁或者向人民法院提起诉讼：（一）不依法与聘用的导游订立劳动合同的；（二）不依法向聘用的导游支付劳动报酬、导游服务费用或者缴纳社会保险费用的；（三）要求导游缴纳自身社会保险费用的；（四）支付导游的报酬低于当地最低工资标准的。旅行社要求导游接待以不合理低价组织的旅游团队或者承担接待旅游团队的相关费用的，导游也可能向旅游主管部门投诉举报。
