一个地址是可以注册多个公司的，须满足以下条件：
1、注册地址为办公用途或者商业用途才可以注册公司
2、办理一址多照公司需要经出租人、该地址原注册公司以及后续公司三方同意才可以进行注册，如有任何一方反对，则无法进行一址多照注册。
3、办公室面积要满足两个公司或者两个以上公司同时办公才可以申请一址多照。不可以说10平方的办公面积去申请两家公司同时办公，这样申请是不会通过的。
4、地址必须真实存在可以办公才行申请一址多照，不可用虚拟地址申请。
满足以上要求即可向当地工商局提出一址多照注册公司。如果地址使用不当则会导致公司被锁，公司无法正常运营还有只要法定代表人相同或者是公司的全资子公司等便可。

《中华人民共和国公司法》 第二十三条 设立有限责任公司，应当具备下列条件：
(一)股东符合法定人数;
(二)股东出资达到法定资本最低限额;
(三)股东共同制定公司章程;
(四)有公司名称，建立符合有限责任公司要求的组织机构;
(五)有公司住所。
