释义	法律分析：不可以。公司公章不可以自己刻，个人是不允许私自刻章的，必须要到专业部门去刻章。公章刻制前要先到公安局备案，需要营业执照副本原件、法人身份证复印件和介绍信。并要求在公安局备案批准的专业刻章公司去刻制。法律依据：《印章治安管理办法》第五条任何单位和个人禁止买卖印章，不得非法制作、使用印章。
