教育局是有相关规定，节假日学校不得安排补课，而且国务院也制定了《全国年节及纪念日放假办法》。附：中华人民共和国国务院令第270号 现发布《全国年节及纪念日放假办法》，自发布之日起施行。 总理 A 一九九九年九月十八日 第一条 为统一全国年节及纪念日的假期，制定本办法。 第二条 全体公民放假的节日： （一）新年，放假1天（1月1日）； （二）春节，放假3天（农历正月初一、初二、初三）； （三）劳动节，放假3天（5月1日、2日、3日）； （四）国庆节，放假3天（10月1日、2日、3日）。 第六条 全体公民放假的假日，如果适逢星期六、星期日，应当在工作日补假。部分公民放假的假日，如果适逢星期六、星期日，则不补假。 第七条 本办法自发布之日起施行。
