释义	法律分析：发现一房多卖不一定可以报案，若售卖房屋的人，与不止一个公民签署了房屋的买卖合同，且该售卖房屋者，具有“非法占有”两笔房款的目的，此时该多次出售房屋的人涉嫌犯了合同诈骗罪，显然此时可以报案处理。而对于房屋售卖人没有“非法占有”意图的情形属于民事纠纷，一般就不适合报案处理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百二十四条合同诈骗罪是指以非法占有为目的，在签订、履行合同过程中，采取虚构事实或者隐瞒真相等欺骗手段，骗取对方当事人的财物，数额较大的行为。
