释义	法律分析: 一般的部队并没有规定军校毕业两年后才能结婚。第一年不能回家是真的，很多部队都有这样的土规定，毕业学员第一年不给休假。关于结婚，规定是只要到年龄就可以了，但是因为军官结婚要经上级审批，所以也不排除有些部队定了特殊的规定，具体还是要参考服役部队的规定。法律依据: 《婚姻登记条例》第七条婚姻登记机关应当对结婚登记当事人出具的证件、证明材料进行审查并询问相关情况。对当事人符合结婚条件的，应当当场予以登记，发给结婚证；对当事人不符合结婚条件不予登记的，应当向当事人说明理由。
