公公算是直系亲属吗 -法律知识

法律分析:
直系亲属分为直系血亲和直系姻亲。直系血亲就是指和你有血缘关系的纵向的亲属，包括你的父母、祖父母、外祖父母，你的子女、孙子女、外孙子女。你的兄弟姐妹属于横向的，所以不算。称之为旁系血亲。直系姻亲就是根据婚姻关系来的，包括配偶、配偶的父母等。所以公公婆婆算是直系亲属。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》 第一百零六条 第一款 第(六)项 刑事诉讼中的近亲属包括夫、妻、父、母、子、女、同胞兄弟姊妹。
