肖像的主要内涵是以面部容貌为中心，反映的是肖像者的真实形象和特征，他人可以通过肖像将肖像权人与其他人进行区别，如果某作品符合上述条件方可称为肖像。比如在某艺人的剧照、舞台照上进行“换脸”，如果该艺人形象已深入人心并被广为收藏，其四肢、躯干的舞台艺术形象也能确定为可以被识别的外部形象，因此也能被认定为侵犯肖像权。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零一百一十八条 肖像是通过影像、雕塑、绘画等方式在一定载体上所反映的特定自然人可以被识别的外部形象。
