释义	法律分析：两份。合同是一式两份，都要双方签订之后才有效力的。劳动合同需双方各持一份，如果只有一份，劳动者可以要求单位补签一份劳动合同。合同应是一式两份甚至多份，签订一式一份的合同，如一方对合同进行改动，另外一方很难维权，因而极易引起纠纷。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第十六条劳动合同由用人单位与劳动者协商一致，并经用人单位与劳动者在劳动合同文本上签字或者盖章生效。劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
