释义	法律分析: 不可以的。我国民航安全保卫规则规定，所有飞机航班全部禁烟，包括起飞与着落整个飞行过程均不能吸烟，甚至整个停机坪包括跑道范围内都是严禁烟火的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民用航空安全保卫条例》第二十五条航空器内禁止下列行为：（一）在禁烟区吸烟；（二）抢占座位、行李舱（架）；（三）打架、酗酒、寻衅滋事；（四）盗窃、故意损坏或者擅自移动救生物品和设备；（五）危及飞行安全和扰乱航空器内秩序的其他行为。
