释义	行为人构成拒绝提供恐怖主义犯罪证据罪情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。本罪属结果犯，拒绝提供的行为必须是情节严重，才能构成犯罪。【法律依据】《刑法》第三百一十一条明知他人有间谍犯罪或者恐怖主义、极端主义犯罪行为，在司法机关向其调查有关情况、收集有关证据时，拒绝提供，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。第十四条明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。
