更改合同内容违法吗

律师分析:
修改合同不犯法。修改合同分为当事人协商一致变更或者法院进行变更。法院撤销或者变更的该合同无效。合同双方当事人应当按照约定履行合同义务，私自更改合同会导致部分或全部合同条款无效，因改动合同对他人造成利益侵害的，要承担违约或者赔偿责任。

第五百四十三条 当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。
第五百四十四条 当事人对合同变更的内容约定不明确的，推定为未变更。
