通常情况下办理离婚手续是不需要预约的。 但是现在因为是疫情期间，则需要提前预约办理。 办理离婚登记的话，需要夫妻双方拿着各自的身份证、结婚证和离婚协议书，双方亲自到离婚登记处办理离婚登记的。 男女双方自愿离婚的，准予离婚。 双方必须到婚姻登记机关申请离婚。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千零七十八条 婚姻登记机关查明双方确实是自愿离婚，并已经对子女抚养、财产以及债务处理等事项协商一致的，予以登记，发给离婚证。
