释义	律师分析：当然不会。任何非航空公司本身因素而取消或延误的航班都不会有任何赔偿。【法律依据】：《中国民用航空旅客行李运输规则》第二十三条航班取消、提前、延误、航程改变或承运人不能提供原定座位时，旅客要求退票，始发站应退还全部票款，经停地应退还未使用航段的全部票款，均不收取退票费。由于承运人或旅客原因，旅客不在客票有效期内完成部分或全部航程，可以在客票有效期内要求退票。旅客要求退票，应凭客票或客票未使用部分的“乘机联”和“旅客联”办理。
