释义	根据《合伙企业法》第三十九条的规定：1、合伙财产应首先用于偿还合伙债务,偿还之后若有剩余财产的，应根据各合伙人享有的财产份额进行分割;再分别用于偿还合伙人的个人债务;反之,合伙人的个人财产首先用于偿还个人债务,偿还个人债务之后若有剩余的，再用于偿还合伙债务。 2、合伙企业对其债务负责,应先以其全部财产进行清偿。合伙企业财产不足清偿到期债务的，各合伙人应当承担无限连带责任。这一规定表明合伙人的责任是补充性无限连带责任。法律依据《合伙企业法》第三十九条
