海关货物重量偏差范围 -法律知识

法律分析：
海关报关单的毛重和净重可以相差在正负百分之三的范围内。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国海关进出口货物征税管理办法》 第二十七条 散装进出口货物发生溢短装的，按照以下规定办理：
（一）溢装数量在合同、发票标明数量3%以内的，或者短装的，海关应当根据审定的货物单价，按照合同、发票标明数量计征税款。
（二）溢装数量超过合同、发票标明数量3%的，海关应当根据审定的货物单价，按照实际进出口数量计征税款。
