释义	法律分析：订立录音遗嘱应当按照法律规定的要求进行，录音遗嘱的订立是： 1、必须由遗嘱人亲自制作，亲自叙述遗嘱内容； 2、必须请两个以上的见证人； 3、录音开始时，遗嘱人、见证人必须分别说明自己的姓名、性别等； 4、遗嘱人必须说明制作录音遗嘱的具体地址和时间等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百四十三条无民事行为能力人或者限制民事行为能力人所立的遗嘱无效。遗嘱必须表示遗嘱人的真实意思，受欺诈、胁迫所立的遗嘱无效。伪造的遗嘱无效。遗嘱被篡改的，篡改的内容无效。
