释义	法律分析：涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予立案： 1、利用职权，禁止、阻止或者妨碍有关部门、人员解救被绑架的妇女的； 2、利用职务上的便利，向绑架者或者收买者通风报信，妨碍解救工作正常进行的； 3、其他利用职务阻碍解救被绑架的妇女的行为。阻碍解救被绑架妇女罪，是指负有解救职责的国家机关工作人员利用职务阻碍解救被绑架的妇女的行为。法律依据：《刑法》第四百一十六条第二款，负有解救职责的国家机关工作人员利用职务阻碍解救的，处二年以上七年以下有期徒刑；情节较轻的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
