释义	涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予立案：1、因不进行解救，导致被拐卖、绑架的妇女、儿童及其亲属伤残、死亡、精神失常的;2、因不进行解救，导致被拐卖、绑架的妇女、儿童被转移、隐匿、转卖，不能及时解救的;3、3次以上或者对3名以上被拐卖、绑架的妇女、儿童不进行解救的;4、对被拐卖、绑架的妇女、儿童不进行解救，造成恶劣社会影响的。法律依据《人民检察院直接受理立案侦查案件立案标准的规定（试行）》二、（二十九）
