释义	法律分析：烟草证可以报暂停一年。烟草专卖许可证是我国对烟草专卖品的生产、销售、进出口依法实行专卖管理，并实行烟草专卖许可证制度。我国由烟草专卖局颁发的，允许公司、企业、单位和个人经营销售烟草的许可证件。持证人需要暂停生产经营行为的，应当在停业前7日内向发证机关提出停业申请。停业期限最长不得超过1年且不得超过许可证的有效期。法律依据：《中华人民共和国烟草专卖法》第三十二条无烟草专卖零售许可证经营烟草制品零售业务的，由工商行政管理部门责令停止经营烟草制品零售业务，没收违法所得，并处罚款。
