释义	法律分析: 如果是公安机关立案追究了，处于逃逸状态时，不会不了了之，公安机关只要发现其行踪，任何时候都可以继续追究违法责任。但要是违法行为超过了6个未被公安机关发现的，不再处罚。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第二十二条违反治安管理行为在六个月内没有被公安机关发现的，不再处罚。前款规定的期限，从违反治安管理行为发生之日起计算；违反治安管理行为有连续或者继续状态的，从行为终了之日起计算。
