释义	寺庙是不需要工商注册的，但是需要到宗教办理事务部门宗教活动许可证。法律依据：《宗教活动场所登记办法》第三条宗教活动场所申请设立登记，应提交下列书面材料： (一)设立宗教活动场所的申请书； (二)该场所的有关资料和证件； (三)乡(镇)人民政府或城市街道办事处的意见。第四条宗教活动场所管理组织的负责人，持本办法第三条规定的有关书面材料，向县级以上人民政府宗教事务部门提出设立登记的申请。
