释义	法律分析：按照有关规定，员工在工作期间，除了国家规定的公休假日外，还可以享受婚假、丧假、产假、探亲假、带薪休假等5个假期。其中，产假、婚假和丧假是明文规定的，对于所有的员工来说，不管在什么单位，都可以享受。不过，有些假期，如探亲假或带薪休假等，对国家机关、社会团体、国有企业或事业单位中工作的员工有详细的明文规定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十五条国家实行带薪年休假制度。劳动者连续工作一年以上的，享受带薪年休假。具体办法由国务院规定。
