释义	法律分析：过了人行道停车不算闯红灯。工作人员采集闯红灯违法信息时，一般必须至少有三张照片做佐证，分别在车辆过线前，过线后和驶入路口。在刚过线情况下，司机没有继续移动车辆保持原状，交管部门就不会认定为闯灯。也就是说，当红灯时，车头车身已经过了停止线，但车尾没有过线时停车，即为刚过线不会被处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第二十六条交通信号灯由红灯、绿灯、黄灯组成。红灯表示禁止通行，绿灯表示准许通行，黄灯表示警示。
