释义	营业执照的正副本是具有同等法律效力的，在实质上是没有区别的。如果讲区别，那仅仅是外表的形式而已。在使用方面，正本是“必须悬挂”在经营场所的明显处，否则你可能因未悬挂执照而受到处罚；副本一般用于外出办理业务用的，比如：办理银行开户许可证、企业组织机构代码证、税务登记证、签订合同等等。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国公司登记管理条例》第六十二条营业执照正本、副本样式，电子营业执照标准以及公司登记的有关重要文书格式或者表式，由国家工商行政管理总局统一制定。
