释义	法律分析: 凡是符合中考报名条件的、且具有一定体育、艺术特长的中考考生，可报考一所术科特色班招生学校且只能参加一所学校的一个专项的自主招生考试，并一律参加中考。中考成绩公布后，根据教育局统一审定，在专业分数线达到合格线的基础上，中考分数可降分录取（前提是不低于去年该校中考分数线下40分）。随后，根据专业成绩高低进行录取。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国教育法》第九条中华人民共和国公民有受教育的权利和义务。公民不分民族、种族、性别、职业、财产状况、宗教信仰等，依法享有平等的受教育机会。
